It has an IF NEEDED: Contact me if you want an attachment for the rocket to fit the launch pad rod. Provide the diameter of the hole you want. Parachute and engine are not included BUT I can provide a parachute if needed for a higher price. Nose cone has no weight but can be easily added with putty, hot glue, or other methods.
