These terms control how you can use and access our services (the “Services”). You (the “Client”) agree to comply with these terms and conditions while using Innovia Property Care’s website.
The terms mentioned on this page apply to our clients including (individuals, businesses, or other entities). Please read each term carefully since they explain your rights and obligation while interacting with our website.

Definitions
- Company – It refers to “Innovia Property Care” which is a facilities management agency registered and operating from Dubai, UAE.
- Client – It refers to any individual, business, or other legal entity utilizing any (or all) service that we offer.
- Services – It refers to the range of facilities management services provided by the compnay including (but not limited to) cleaning, maintenance, security, HVAC, pest control, and other property-related services.
- Agreement – It refers to the contractual agreement between us (the company) and you (the client) governed by these Terms & Conditions.
- Premises – It refers to the property/facility that’s managed or serviced by us (the Company) upon your (Client’s) request.
Scope of Services
Innovia Property Care offers various facilities management services to support your operational needs in a commmercial, industrial, or residential facility. These terms are applicable to:
- Cleaning – Regular and deep cleaning of your property’s interior and exterior and specific areas including lobbies, restrooms, offices, and common spaces.
- Catering – Providing catering solutions for corporate events, office lunch, snacks and beverage procurement within your facility.
- Concierge – Managing routine tasks including (but not limited to) front desk assistance, visitor management, appointment scheduling.
- Maintenance – Offering repair work within your facility including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Pest Control – Offer intergrated pest control solutions to safeguard your property from insects, rodents, termite and other pests.
- Landscaping – Taking care of your facility’s exterior spaces, such as gardens, lawns, and other green areas.
- Moving – Provide packing and moving assistance to your staff, clients, or associates.
- Waste Management – Offer efficient and timely waste collection and disposal mechanism.
Innovia Property Care reserves the right to make changes in these terms at any time as required.
Client Obligations
You agree to fulfill these obligations by entering into an agreement with Innovia Property Care:
- Ensuring our team’s timely access to your premise for carrying out agreed-upon services.
- Making sure that our staff has a safe working environment, free from hazards that could lead to any possible life threat.
- Provide access to facility’s utilities (including water, elevators, electricity etc) along with additional on-site equipment (as needed).
- Ensure your property is in compliance with UAE’s all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Request for additional services/modifications in advance writing notice as outlined in the agreement.
Service Terms, Fees & Payment Terms
The services (as per the agreement) shall be provided for 24 hours a day throughout the week. (from Monday to Sunday). This arrangement can be revised as per mutual consent of the company and the client. From scope to nature and frequency, every clause will be thoroughly mentioned in the signed “Service Agreement” by client and the company.
You must communicate any amendments or slight changes in the service agreement in writing at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to commencement date.
NOTE: Any additional service request will be charged separately and reflect on your final invoice.
The charges for services will be determined by the particular needs that the client and the company have agreed upon. These will be described in detail in the Service Agreement and could consist of:
- Hourly Rates
- Fixed Monthly Fees
- One-Time Fees for Specific Projects
We issue invoices on a month, bi-weekly, or as per mutual agreement basis. You must clear all invoices in 15 business days from the date of issuance. We accept the following payment options:
- Credit card
- Cheques
- Bank transfer
NOTE: All invoices are exclusive of VAT, and it will be applied at the appropriate rate.
Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation by Client:
Any service may be cancelled by the client with written notice given at least 2 days in advance. If you cancel with less than 2 days’ notice, you can be charged 50% of the advance service fee.
Termination by Either Party:
Any party can end the contract under certain conditions such as:
Breach of Agreement: Either party may immediately cancel this agreement if the other party does not carry out its duties under these Terms.
Force Majeure: Either party may end the agreement at any time, without penalty, in the case of unforeseeable events that are beyond their control, such as natural catastrophes or governmental limitations.
Refunds: In the event that prepaid services are terminated, the Company will reimburse a prorated amount, less any applicable administrative or cancellation fees in 3 business days.
Effect of Termination: Any unpaid invoices for services already completed will be due immediately upon termination. With the exception of any rights or liabilities accumulated previous to termination, both parties shall be liberated from any further responsibilities.
Liability, Warranties & Disclaimers
Limited Liability:
The Company’s liability for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the performance of services is waived. Under no circumstances may the Company’s total responsibility exceed the entire sum that the Client has paid for the services in the six months prior to the incident that gave rise to the liability.
Warranties:
The organisation ensures that the services will be rendered with appropriate expertise and caution, adhering to industry norms. Nevertheless, the company does not promise any particular results or outcomes from the rendered services.
Disclaimers:
The company disclaims all responsibility for any losses or delays resulting from situations beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, problems with third-party suppliers, or disruptions to utilities necessary for the provision of services.
Indemnification:
The client undertakes to defend and hold the company harmless against any claims, losses, or lawsuits brought about by the client’s negligence in relation to the services or by the client’s violation of these terms.
Amendments to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any moment by the Company. The client shall be informed of such changes by email, the company website, or other suitable means. Acceptance of the updated Terms is indicated by your continued use of the Services following notice of such changes. It is the Client’s obligation to consistently check the Terms for revisions.
